EMAX GOLD CLUB: TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Membership Validity: The Emax Gold membership is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
- The membership fee is ₹1,299/- (inclusive of GST) and is non-refundable once the first service has been availed.
- Scope of Benefits:
- Zero Visiting Charges: The standard “Inspection/Visiting Fee” (typically ₹100-₹200) is waived for all repair categories (Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Appliances).
- Clarification: You still pay for the Service Labor and Spare Parts/Products. Only the fee to bring the professional to your doorstep is waived.
- Exclusive Discounts: Flat 10% off on all Salon & Wellness services (min order value ₹499).
- Priority Support: Dedicated customer support line and priority slot allocation during peak demand (weekends/festivals).
- Usage Limit (Fair Usage Policy) Residential Use Only: This membership is strictly for residential households. It cannot be used for commercial properties (Offices, Hotels, PGs, Restaurants).
- Booking Cap: To prevent misuse, the “Zero Visiting Charge” benefit is capped at 30 bookings per year. Bookings beyond this limit will attract standard visiting charges.
- Address Lock: The membership is linked to the Registered Mobile Number and Saved Addresses (Max 2 addresses: e.g., Own Home & Parents’ Home). You cannot book services for friends/neighbors using your Gold account.
- Cancellation & Termination
- By User: You may cancel the membership within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no benefits have been used. After 7 days, or if a discount was utilized, no refund will be issued.
- By Emax4u: We reserve the right to terminate a membership without refund if we detect commercial use, abuse of professionals, or violation of our platform T&Cs.
- Modification of Terms: Emax4u Ventures reserves the right to modify the benefits or pricing of the Gold Club at the time of renewal. Existing active members will continue to enjoy the benefits purchased at the time of joining until their plan expires.
